A ROMAN BRONZE CUPID PENDANT Circa 1st Century B.C. - 1st Century A.D Depicted as plump and youthful, Cupid sits nude with one arm raised above his head holding a curved object, he holds and skyphos to his chest in his right hand, with spread wing s, one of which survives with incised feather detail, wearing a diadem, the top of his head is pierced for suspension, 5.7cm high, Provenance: Collection of V.
