An early 18th century silver-mounted tortoiseshell and mother-of-pearl snuff box, unmarked, circa 1720, oval form, plain silver sides, the tortoiseshell cover inlaid with concentric circulars and mother-of-pearl squares, length 6.3cm.

A George III inlaid tortoiseshell etui case, circa 1780, tapering octagonal form, inlaid foliate decoration, the interior with a holder for a thimble and implements, length 7.2cm.
