Finely painted with three ladies in colourful robes, one seated by a desk with scrolls, books and a brush pot, two women standing before her, inscribed and sealed, all within borders of cash, beads and key fret, the reverse with a Qianlong mark, 31cm diameter.

Provenance: Collection of Mr Clemente Álvarez de Lara, Conde de Adernò (1918 -1990), Venezuela and Spain, acquired in 1950s and 1960s and thence by descent.
